It was announced at Springfield that this year's Bettenhausen Memorial 100 would be the final time Bateman Racing would be fielding a car in this event.

Thank you so much Patty for carrying on your husband's love for this series. I know all things must come to an end but seeing that car out there was one I'd hoped I'd never see happen. No doubt that Randy is up above and happy with what you've done.

Enjoy your retirement and thank you for carring on his love and devotion to the series.

I think it may have been the final time fielding the 55 at Springfield
She and Jerry may have the car at Du Quoin next week. Not sure
