I follow a old poster on FB who pretty much knows the goings in in Terre Haute

Haven't seen nothing from him and he attended a demo derby at THAT last weekend.

They need more than 2 or 3 races a year no matter who promotes it. Just my opinion.

You are likely correct in today's racing world. But back in the Don Smith/Bill Hill promotion days the Action Track ran just two USAC sprint car races and the Hut Hundred for midgets in a season. That was the basic schedule for many years.

It’s true that the fair board is soliciting proposals from interested parties to promote the Action Track in the future.

The common theme in all of this THAT drama is the Fair Board itself.....total DBag organization...IMO of course

What happened to bill rose. Did he pull out ?
