Western World
1 Attachment(s)
The Western World is going back to Yuma after being scheduled at Casa Grande. Would be nice to see a few Midwest cars but not being National sanction I won't hold my breath. Not sure what the purse looks like. Should still be a good event.

Re: Western World
Well, Cocopah is a much nicer facility than Casa Grande, and requires less travel for the mostly California based teams, but it's an additional 3 hours +/- for all the fans from the Phoenix and Tucson areas.

Re: Western World
All true statements but I don't mind the drive from New River. We stay over at the casino. They have decent rooms and it's a super short drive to the track. Hoping for a respectable car count.

Outstanding facility. I hope it’s a great success!

Re: Western World
The week has finally arrived! The weather forecast is fantastic with high's in the mid 80's and lows near 60. I was hoping a couple midwestern cars would have made the trip but with the rain out at Red Dirt I seriously doubt it. There will be a few drivers though. Matt Westfall is driving a car for Kevin Turner. And unfortunately I don't think it's on Flo and I am really not sure why? I think when Perris ousted Flo they said forget the CRA series all together.

If it is not on FLO, and it is not a sanctioned national event, it ain't worth watching. JMHO
