His wife posted that he passed today at 2:55pm and is no longer in pain and no longer with us.

May Roy Race in Peace. Great guy who made the most out of what were sometimes less than competitive cars.

R.I.P. Roy. He was a great friend. He helped me the first time I turned laps in a midget. I even wore one of his uniforms during my first race. I'll miss him. Prayers for his wife.
