Thank for the link with results, No all I was hoping is someone who went to give a short update with results. Trust me, I'd of been at a track last night if I could. This is most likely the last mothers day I'll have mine and travel isn't in the cards. |
Re: LPS - 5/13 410s, 305s, Mods, Super Stocks, & Bombers
Jadon Rogers won a spectacular and eventful race over Tye Mihocko and Brandon Mattox. Ethan Barrow topped the 305s and for the second straight night the 305's went green to checkered in the feature. Derek Losh took his 4th modified race at LPS while Wade Goodale won the Super Stock feature for the 3rd time this year and Josh Foxworthy survived a good battle with Joseph Raber to win in back-to-back weeks.

That was a really good race last night at LPS. Top 3 cars finish within 2 feet of each other. Mihocko was throwing massive slide jobs back and forth with Rogers, while Mattox was slipping into the lead down low. Mattox was leading coming out of the last turn but the other two cars had more momentum running up higher and passed him right before the finish line. Reworking the track before feature was genius. Kinser was running 4th and was in the mix until he hit the turn 4 tire with 3 laps to go. Jadon Rogers won by about 2 feet.
It appeared as if the two leaders had taken each other out with 3 laps to go, but they both did 360s and kept their engines running and got the positions back. Never seen that before where both the leaders did 360s. Unfortunately Seth Parker who was running in the top 4 all night got caught up in it and was sent to the rear of the field. So the innocent were penalized and the guilty went to the front, just like real life. |
