Please stop by the novelty stand and check out Kevin Huntley's racing suit. Kevin was a philanthropist in his hometown of Bloomington. He was always willing to help in whatever capacity he could do the most good. Many organizations and individuals benefited from Kevin's devotion to his hometown. It is only fitting the Huntley Memorial continue that devotion to Bloomington. This suit will be raffled off and all proceeds will be donated to Monroe County Humane Society. The Huntley family donated this racing suit that was worn in Kevin's last victory at Bloomington Speedway and as the story goes someone in the stands got his racing shoes as this victory kicked off his race driver retirement.

Tickets will be 1 for a $1 or 10 for $5 and can be purchased at the Novelty stand behind the tower on the Main Grandstand Side and in the Pit Gate on the Pit Side. The winning ticket will be drawn by the winner of the 305 Racesaver feature.

Kevin tossed his shoes into the stands that night,said something like "I won't need these anymore."
It would be so fitting IMO if the racing shoes were returned to again be a part of the racing suit.

Reminders:
1) NO seat marking until gates open. Please understand that the family will be marking off there area in advance, this does not mean it is open for everyone!
2) Lower camping lot will open at 4pm on Thursday
3) Upper lot will open for car line up at 9am on Friday
4) Correct Change helps us to move the entry lines faster.
5) Coolers are allowed, NO glass bottles
6) Memorial tshirts will be available at the Novelty stand located behind the main concession.

Race Day!

Good luck tonight and I know it'll be a great show and tribute to a great driver that Kevin Huntley was. Hopefully packed stands tonight 🏁
