Atomic Camping
 

Weather permitting heading for the USAC race. Would appreciate info on camping. Noticed there is a nearby campground, but wondering if you can camp in track parking area. Thanks.

There is a big grass area out front of track where I’ve seen people camp when we go over for scdra races. I’m not sure if there are hook ups out there. There’s a campground across access road though. I think that track will awesome for midgets/sprints, it’s a cool little place for sure.

We have camped in the parking lot but no hook-ups, plenty of space but you are down in a hole if you are looking for TV/ phone reception in off hours. There is a small camp ground adjacent to the parking lot that probably has hook-ups. If Atomic is right you can get three grooves to race on, if it has an off night then it is still a good night to be at a racetrack.
