Feature line up question
 

What all series let drivers start the feature in their qualifying line up regardless of heat race results or if they don’t transfer and have to run semi. If they transfer out of semi they return their qualifying time? No pill draw or semi transfers starting on tail? Makes for a rather boring show and the heat races etc mean nothing. The new TQ midget series went to this format and it makes for terrible racing.

I've never understood that method either. Always hated it. Tq's probably started it since they are now owned by the All-Stars/Stewart, and that's the way the All-Stars sprint cars do it.

Just asking, is there any location on the internet a person can find out anything about this new organization, and don't say Facebook, I don't go there, a lot do, but many more don't.
