Does anyone have any photos of the grandstand area and restroom improvements if any??

Who leases or operates Bloomington? Is it USAC? I thought I read a few years back that USAC brought in some new bleachers.

Blitzman, it was USAC for about a season or so. Joe Spiker, has had it since the 2020 Season, I believe. So he has Bloomington, Paragon, & Lincoln Park. 😉😁
