any campground suggestions for the off days

Shades S.P. or Turkey Run S.P. Both are on the Sugar Creek with outfitters nearby to set you up for a pleasant float.
A great way to spend a day and few if any crowds on a Monday or Tuesday. Both parks are close to THAT and LPS.

You can stay at Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds., Casino Across the street. Sometimes live entertainment downtown. Whitey's Liquors 2mi East on 50
