Fans attending 2017 ISW
 

With ISW less than a week away many have made plans to attend some or all races. In the past I have noticed car tags from so many different states. Where is everyone coming from ? Myself from Indy and nephew from Fort Campbell will be attending the entire week of racing. Now is a great time if you are not a member of IOW to join and let everyone know where you traveling from ITS FREE. Hope to see all my IOW friends and meet many new ones. If you have never been to ISW its the best week of racing in the world.:22::22:

Good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise, Kentucky will be representing for the final 4 nights.

I'm hitting every one but the burg My Uber driver is having surgery on his shoulder Monday morning Plus I"ll have to explain why I missed my treatment Friday. I"ve heard so much about this checkered canopy I think I";; check it out this ISW. ;) :8:

I live in Colorado, but will be coming from Connecticut where I spend summers with 94 year old Mom. But first some Pa. Speedweek races. Kyle Larson just won his first Central Pa. race ever at Path Valley. I forgot about Brad Doty race at Attica, Ohio.... but Brad was here & he just reminded me. Now I'm considering skipping one Pa. race for that one...

Travelling from Idaho catching the last 4 night, first time for my Son and I. Can't wait.

Coming from Shelbyville, KY to the burg. Much to my surprise Bluegrass State will represented.

Duh.... Doty Classic is NEXT Tuesday....
That would be perfect on the way back East (hitting 3 more Eastern shows, Gas City, Kokomo, Lawrenceburg), but don't think I should leave old Mom alone that long... (neighbors keep an eye on her...)

Be working a lot of the week, sadly, but we'll be at terre haute from Shelbyville Indiana. (Fingers crossed on the weather, terre haute has had no luck this year). But I can't wait to follow along on IOW for the shows I can't make.

As of right now, planning to catch them all. Looking forward to seeing plenty of my racing family.

Plan on making them all. But I am the fat guy wrenching the 2E for Kody Swanson so I guess I have to be there! Come say Hi please.

Do you fly over Grand Canyon? I do every spring, flying from Denver to SD for Gator by the Bay music fest... its awesome

Im from Mason Ohio, Burg is 45 miles. Rest are 137 miles or further.
Plan on hitting Burg, THAT and Putnamville.

Before declaring a winner, Steven Cording and wife will be here from England. Im also sure we have a couple Aussie and Kiwi's that come

Have driven in from Arizona the last 17 years for entire sprint week But will have to miss this year because of back problems Will really miss it.

I plan Gas City and The Burg

On twitter USAC had a link to a wonderful recap of last year's ISW. 45 minutes of a nice setup for this year's version. Check it out if you can, you won't be disappointed

I have seen every race track on the ISW trail during the sprintweek! Loads and Loads of fun. I'm afraid this year I may miss them all for the first time in a few years. But I'm hoping to get to at least one like Kokomo or The burg we will see. Week two I will be at the Kings Royal not really for the racing but for the friendship and the making of new friends and the Party! :):6::32:

Sometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do. Last year I had to miss almost the whole racing season cuz I tried to come back way to early from my cancer surgery and it almost killed me. Rest up so you"re ready for next year :8:

Louisville, Ky will most likely be represented at Lawrenceburg, Bloomington, and Tri-State.

Great time to be alive.

4 of us coming from upstate NY, meeting my brother from SanAntonio TX and another friend from Moyock NC. Our home track is Albany Saratoga speedway. We will be at gas city, Kokomo and Lawrenceburg. Can't wait, the best racing of the year!

I will also be bringing a very unique item for Dave Darlene which I believe will he will be auctioning off. Very cool item, he doesn't even know what it is yet, but I am sure it will be on display at his souvenir trailer

Our group from Tipton, IN(dad, brother, self) will be rejoining w/ some long time quarter midget friends from Indpls to reunite The Gold Bond Mafia for Kokomo, and camping the trail from TH - Haubstadt. We'll also be meeting some TN friends who'll be in for at least GC, kokomo & 'Burg. Keeping fingers crossed they can stay for the duration.

Well I had this on my race list for 2017, but my son got invited to go to Italy and play 4 concerts in 4 different cities so my racing funds went by-by so he could go. ISW will be back on the list for next year! Sure will miss seeing the nicest people and best racing there is! Hope everyone has a great time!

Raced twice this year and blew up two motors in my stock-car, so I think I'll have some spare time..... My father, uncle and myself have never made the entire week but we have never missed the entire week either (from the first sprint week). I think we will make THAT, LPS, and Tri-State this year.

My racing buddy Dan and I will be headed to THAT and Haubstadt (only shows both of our work schedules allow unfortunately) from STL. If you see two 20-something bearded guys drinking beer (one wearing a bucket hat & one with long hair and a grey fedora *myself*), having a good ol' time, feel free to say hey and have a beer with us!

Look out for the Australians from Global Speedway Tours. I'll have 10 with me for Gas City, Kokomo and Lawrenceburg, before heading to Attica for the Doty and then the Kings Royal at Eldora.

The latter races mean we'll miss the last rounds of ISW but it's a price you have to pay. Aussies are brought up on a diet of winged racing, so understandably that's where they want to be when on tour.

But I always get as much non winged racing included on the itinerary because when the tour is over, guess what they say!!!!

My Wife, Daughter, and Myself will be coming from PA for the entire week. Daughter's first time coming out, will be a busy week for the 6 year old. Plus my friends Daughter will be joining in for Kokomo, and maybe Gas city.
