It's a lot different getting the place ready when it's in the 80s verses the 40s.

I think the parking may be a worse problem than getting the track ready has anyone in Kokomo been by to eyeball the parking?

just went by at8:45 am race track looks good pit not bad ether but trash company drain under entrance is pluged up so water is backed up in parking lot out front. some need to unpug trash company drain so water can get to farmers field ???

i do not work for the speedway anymore . very rarely go to this track. just when my dad goes.

And with the o'conners nothing is too tough, tomorrow's king of Kokomo is ON!

They started pumping, drying, and prepping yesterday after it stopped raining. Race on and will see you all there tomorrow.

Any car count estimates?

Heck of a talent!! Saw him run at US 24 and Fort Wayne. This 14 year old is good!! Thanks to Clauson/Marshall for giving this youngster a shot. He is already paying dividends. Keep up the good work, Zeb!! Listen well and continue to work hard. Your future is real bright!!

Too bad so few people supported them. Great support by teams. Very small crowd.

Yeah I was kinda shocked by the crowd size, not many people there, but it was 40 degrees. The hardcore fan like us had no issue but I'm sure families didn't care for it lol

Unfortunately small crowds are not good for bottom line. Hopefully back gate pays purse.

We had a great time Sunday. A big thanks to the track crew for busting their butts to put on the race.

Why was the yellow not thrown for Chris Baue when he was spun out on the first lap of feature? I was expecting a restart with him relegated to the tail.

I was asking the same question.

I was a little hot at the time but I understand that Officials and track workers make mistakes just like everybody else, not the end of the world. 99 out of 100 times they are on point and do a great job! Is what it is! We love Kokomo Speedway and will be back racing all year long!

I completely forgot about this on Sunday but it just hit me today, who was the hard charger? For those of you who didn't go, a fan asked the track if they had a hard charger award and they said no, the fan said he had 10 bucks towards it and asked fellow fans for support. Fans raised 250 bucks for the hard charger, I just don't know who won it lol

For the sprints it was CJ Leary.For the midgets,I believe,it was Zeb Wise.
