R.I.P. Mom - Diane Speidel
 

Diane Osborn Speidel, 54, passed away Tuesday evening after a long hard battle with cancer. Minutes later we found out she was an organ donor. You may have known her at the racetracks as the dak simulator girl, or met her at my races throughout the years. Thank you mom for providing life for my sister and I. Visitation is 3pm-6pm and service 6pm Friday May 5 at Meeks Mortuary in Muncie.

RIP Diane Speidel. It just doesn't seem possible. It wasn't but about a year ago I found out the bad news and now she's gone. Too young, too soon!:22:

So very sorry to hear about this Nick! Diane loved you and loved to be at any track where you were. She had a great smile that made everyone around her smile too! RIP.....way too soon!

I always liked talking to Diane all around Indiana,and as far west at Perris (With Sadie the dog) quite a few years ago. Last time I saw her was last year at the Little 500 where we had a very long talk about what she was going thru etc. I'll miss seeing her at the races,she was a very nice person,and I liked kidding with her. RIP.........

We're saddened to hear of your loss.Although there's been disagreements in the past,as racing does,no one ever wishes bad on anyone or their family.What a great personality and energy she shared.She will be missed.
