Rusty's sure gonna have a barnburner for his last show. It is gonna be a hell of a battle tonight for the championship, hope you have fun tonight Rusty thanks for all the years of service.

I live down here by Lawrenceburg and only get up to Bloomington about once a year but, thanks for serving the racing community for so long. Sit back and enjoy the races and remember, you can always change your mind down the road if you miss it too badly! Craig Stevens

Rusty, because of my Fri nite commitments, I don't get to B-ton often. I hope you have a great closer for your long and successful tenure. I always felt you were one of the good guys in racing. Good luck to you. Tell that awesome push truck crew of yours "HI" for me.

It's been a great dozen or so years working with you at Bloomington Speedway.
I'll miss not being in the flagstand every Friday.

Sorry to hear that. Have always thought you did a great job. Was really concerned the night Gaines almost landed in the flagstand. Glad it was no worse than it turned out to be. Best of luck in the future. We'll miss seeing you in the stand. :thumb:thumb

I drive up from Evansville nearly every Friday night, and have done so since 1985, so I have been there throughout your career. You have done an excellent job. Enjoy your retirement!

Rusty, Thanks for all that you have done for our sport. Your efforts and attitude were always professional. You will be missed - but I know your family will enjoy the extra time you get to spend together - enjoy every minute of it. Hopefully you will allow your better half to come spend some time with Pat and I - that is the one we will miss!!

I won't be down tonight - I am really sorry I am missing your last night. Robbie - my son is playing varsity football tonight and that has become my Friday night addiction for right now. Pat and Kimb will be the voices of Bloomington tonight.

Wave those flags with a lot of feeling tonight - if you get to stare down a few drivers who have caused you headaches over the years - black flag might be needed!!
