Paragon Speedway 9-24-16
Be sure to come join us tonight for our season finale. It's the Johnson Memorial $1400 to win Sprint Feature.
Track prep is in full swing and looks to be a great night for racing. |
We know its not the original date, but we finally get to celebrate the Johnson Memorial Race and special Thanks to Keith & Judy Ford for still having this as a HARF discount night. Get out and get to one of Indiana's historical race tracks before they close for the 2016 race season.
|
Has Keith posted the pay out for this race anywhere?
|

Brady must plan on doing the double tonight because I'm watching him put heat in the motor at LPS. 😁🤔
Quite possible since there are only about 15 sprints here. |
Haha, yeah that is funny he drew 43 tonight here lol. So I guess we have 39 cars
|
Sorry guys for the lack of updates tonight. Been very busy for me.
There were 4 heats top 4 to the feature. Results Heat 1 1: 22S Jake Scott 2: 49 Troy Link 3: 11N Ambrose 4: 35 Chris Babcock Heat 2 1: 97X Tyler Hewitt 2: 70 Jordan Kinser(Scratch Blown Engine) 3: 26 Pat Giddens 4: P8 Andrew Prather 5: 74 JT Stapp(Transfer to A) Heat 3 1: 71 Bub Cummings 2: 15 Ethan Barrow 3: 57R Johnathan Vennard 4: 27W Brian Wallace Heat 4 1: 17C Josh Cunningham 2: 72 Randy Johnson 3: 18 Travis Welpott 4: 5K Kent Schmidt |
B-Mains top 2 Transfer
1st B-Main 1: 17K Koontz 2: 45K Knight 3: 22 Spencer 4: 4 Phillips 5: 23 Scott 6: 15M Miller 7: 31L Lowtner 8: 44H Hair 9: 77 O'Neal 10: 76B Belden Sr 11: 77P Potts (Flipped in Heat) 12: 7L King 2nd B-Main 1: 74 Stapp 2: 7D Dugan 3: 6C Phillips 4: 72JC Cahill 5: 90B Budden 6: 27M Mattox 7: 18C Chambers 8: 65SS Tarr 9: 56W Waltz 10: 10 Parker 11: 51H Hair 12: 26S Smith |
Stapp has to run the B-Main since he officially finished 5th. So 3 will transfer from the first B-Main
|
The first B-Main was quite interesting. The 17k of Michael Koontz is your winner and 45K of Ben Knight gets tangled with the 77 of Hunter O'Neal on the last corner and Ben goes for a ride while running 2nd and 3rd. The final 2 transfer spots went to the 22 Brandon Spencer and 23 Jensen Scott.
2nd B-Main 1: 6C Chris Phillips 2: 27M Brandon Mattox JT Stapp did not make the call for the B |
Feature Lineup for the 30 lap Johnson Memorial

Would have been nice if they told the drivers in the first B Main that top 3 would transfer.. some cars may not have been tore up racing for 2nd which we all thought was the final transfer spot.. just my opinion.
|
In regards to the comment about top 3 running American Racers, we do not run them at all.
