How does that sound. One of the races that is becoming a premiere USAC race at one of the best Sprint Car Tracks (Kokomo) to honor such a fine young man and great open wheel driver.

I think it's too soon and should be worked out between the track and his family as to if, when and where.

Yes, there should be one, As far as what we want, That's irrelevant at this time. Give them some time, Other more important arrangement's need to be made.

It should be ran on the same Sunday as the 500 at kokomo. And if it's possible it be a combo wing/non wing race. Possibly paying 6317 to win.

I would like to see 4 crown as a memorial considering how diverse Bryan was!

I agree :6:. Brian put this race on the map. Not only through sponsor advertising but talking about it at the 500. Then the stories the next day about there trip up there. He brought a good amount of media exposure to it as well.

Remember none of this can happen without the families' involvement. It is probably a little early to bother them with something like this.

Make it something similar to the Amati 68. Hold it at Kokomo, and make it a 63 lapper, now that would be a race.

One idea I thought of was to make the DuQuoin midget race in March of next year some kind of memorial race. Bryan and Lauren came up with that concept for the inaugural one this year. They really had some neat concepts like the drivers meeting in the stands & including a pit pass with each reserved ticket.

If this event continues, it should have his name on it in some form in my opinion. 63 laps wouldn't take much longer than the normal 40 or 50 they run on that little bullring.
