Some tidbits. 31 cars. Hagen is gone tonight but will be back tomorrow. Some new names.

Meseraull will drive the 10 that Hagen has been in. Cory Kruseman reinjured his ribs last night and is not driving. Clarke will probably drive the 21k.

1st qualifier

Red for Melton who flipped in turn 2. Leslie did not start. Gardner pulled off with flat right front tire after contact with Mellenberndt.

Finish of 2nd qualifier - Clauson, Darland, Davis Jr, Bacon, Shuman, Cordell, Barksdale, Pace

4th qualifier - Johnson got into Smith. Clarke involved too. Johnson is done. Clayton is leading.

Chuck, who noticed him and Dean Jacobs hoping around some individual low count winged shows earlier this year. Thats not meant to insult him. Im just wondering if Winged racings in bigger trouble than we think?

Chuck when I interviewed Indiana Danny he told me he will not run without a wing anymore he needs the "cushion" over his head in case he crashes. Those are his words to me I am telling to you.

Any body know whats up with clayton good to see him back in the 92. Some one told me that he was going to be in the busch number 4 for the tnt tour what happend with that?

That sucks i will be happy win he finds a good ride or finds someone with some money to help back himself. Did any see that race at haubstadt he looked like his old self again. I have never seen any one run like around there. His heat race was worth the price admission. Sory to here he lost that ride after one crash.

They are running mini sprints and midgets as well tonight. Mini sprints heats will be first then the sprint heats and then the midget heats then back to the sprint qualifiers.

The Modern Day Cowboy was definitely back during that race. You are right, the heat race was worth the price of admission and the gas for the 2 hour drive from Bloomington. I hope things work out for him... :checkered:

Midgy can you get a car count on Midgets for me? I was going to go up there tonight but school activites got the call instead.

By the way as I am typing this it is raining buckets in s. okc . But, nothing from the last update is heading toward tulsa.

I believe that there are 22 midgets and about the same of the mini sprints.
