Re: usacracingtv?
I have been for going on 2 years. They have some good vintage footage and most of all the current races are on within a couple of days. I would like to see more live streams of the Florida and California shows. Sometimes I wonder why I keep paying them.

Re: usacracingtv?
I've been paying USAC $14.95 a month for the last two years. Quite happy with the way the videos were being done. Just sent them an email last week asking them what was going on if I was still going to be able to get the videos a couple of days after the race. No problem with that but no answer back from USAC. What's up with Jackslash, been paying that too?:15::15::15:

Re: usacracingtv?
Yep, but about to pull the plug. Content isn't that great and I'm on DSL now and have limited date so it's kinda pointless unless I'm feeling slacktastic at work.

According to this article http://www.usacracing.com/news/silve...015-video-plan they are suppose to be revamping the USAC TV with a partnership with loudpedal. I haven't heard anymore since this December article.

I just hope they don't revamp it with 15 different camera angles every lap like the chili bowl was. Could hardly follow it.
|
Re: usacracingtv?
Nobody could follow Chili Bowl. Wanna see some video of people watching Mav and wondering what the hell is going on? I paid Racin Boys for that last year. I didn't this year for that reason and then Mav let them control the cams that broadcast. Wasn't the camerament. Best way to watch a race on a short track is above start finish line with one cam. All them other cams are for replays. Closeups etc. Not following coverage. Its not a 2.5 mile track and the cams aren't 200 yards away to cover a ton of area.

IMO the Chili Bowl coverage was great!! |
Re: usacracingtv?
5 camera angles a lap, The commentators were confused most of the time.
I got all the respect for everyone Just need to be able to follow the action without switching around all the time. |
What is the status of the new USAC.tv site? Or has this died? I don't want to subscribe till I know the new format.

Wondering if existing members need to cancel and rejoin on the new site, or if there will be a seamless conversion? |

Re: usacracingtv?
Will there be any live shows? Perhaps more importantly, will it be HD, which I can't view on my DSL connection? For example, while I watched the XSAN shows from East Bay without problems, I could not watch the Cushion shows from Ocala.

Re: usacracingtv?
will we still have access to the vintage USAC races that are on USACTV?
