That has to be the only thing you have wrote that I agree with. I saw this combo out in Iowa last week. I went with it would last a week or when Sammy "who follows his kid around so he can protect Kevin from himself ." and Jack did not agree on the cars set up. It might be that two of the best ever get that car rock'n and beat everone for awhile or it is going to be a Long ride home for the Swindells. LOL

Obviously they have already lasted longer than this as Kevin drove for Jack at Oskaloosa and was very fast. Remember, he finished 2nd!!!

I'm just sitting here thinking that sprint car drivers have to have a tremendous amount of stamina to race night after night and then do all the traveling between venues.

Not only the drivers, but their crew. My fiance is working with Mellenbendt this week and has probably had no more that 8 hours of sleep so far. They end up driving all night and working on the cars all day!

I have had the pleasure of hanging out with Bret this summer. They travel more than anyone, get used to life on the road.

He's only working with him for the tour. He will probably finish the year crew chiefing Ricky Williams (11w). He just currently left the Brady Short team. Looks like Bret will have his work cut out for him tonight.
