Chili Bowl Fan Info 2015

1 week to till Chili Bowl Week..

This is my 1st time going. Will be meeting up with some guys that's been there many times. But I wanna know some of the good places to eat (mom&pop or dives) & things to do during the daytime. Hoping to arrive on Monday evening I time to watch the College Championship game somewhere..

Try Albert G's BBQ at either their downtown location at 421 E 1st street or at the original Albert G's BBQ store is 2748 S. Harvard. Bring in your Chili Bowl ticket and present it for a free drink to go with your meal.

Albert G's BBQ sponsors Roger and Lara Miller's #75 midgets driven this year by Travis Berryhill and Thomas Messeraull.

Support those that support the sport !!

We will be hitting Joe Mommas Pizza Again. 112 S Elgin in Downtown . Saw this on Adam Richman's Man vs. food show and is as good as he said it was. Great specialty pizzas. half price apps from 4-6. Large portions you wont leave hungry. Nice quiet atmosphere.

If you like old fashioned burgers & shakes, try Freddies at 9130 E. 11th, the original Rt. 66.

Scotty, your website has just about all the information one needs, except the location. At least this old guy couldn't find it. Can you enlighten us? Thanks.

Mustang arena on the expo grounds is home of the rc event per the expo centers site.

Not a Mom and Pop joint, but if there is a day you aren't looking to stray too far from the Expo center, the McAllisters Deli just down the street is the best McAllisters I have ever been to, hands down.
