Per USAC live: Tonight's "Sprint Car Smackdown III" has been postponed to tomorrow due to rain. Gates open at 2:00. Hot Laps at 4:00.

Twitter says yes . Run Sunday

Rained so hard, 4" deep at the ticket booth and not a blade of grass showing in the infield. Not doubting the O'Connor's, but Sunday racing will be another miracle.

Lots of props to the O conners and staff.I believe in miracles see ya tomorrow.

If they don't get any more, They'll run, I'd bet on that.

Looks like the lifeguard has left his post, hopefully there are no mud sharks in there!

USAC Hydroplane boat smackdown? I hope it clears up for everyone there. That looks like a ton of rain in a short amount of time.

No frame damage, just a bent front axel. Will be running the same car tonight.

I don't know the exact answer to that question, but here's what Kokomo Speedway put on Facebook 35 minutes ago:

"The drying process has begun. The Stoops Sprint Car Smackdown Championship is set for tonight. Gates open at 2pm, cars on the track 4pm. Elbows Up for 10k!"

On my way... i would put moms in the infield swamp for 10 g .
