Kokomo Darland Memorial
Are any of the guys that ran Belleville going to get back to Indiana in time for the Bob Darland race at Kokomo on Sunday ?
|
Re: Kokomo Darland Memorial
Dave Darland and Jerry Coons Jr for sure. Plus all the other drivers who didn't go to Belleville or Knoxville, which are quite a few!

Anyone know if the Throttle will be there. Have not seen him for a couple of weeks.

Re: Kokomo Darland Memorial
Thanks for the updates! Way to go, Robert. We've seen the Sprint Bandits TNT version of The Madman re-emerge in the last couple of months.

Re: Kokomo Darland Memorial
Grant tracked down Ballou from about a quarter of a lap down and actually got up next to him making it 3 wide with a lapped car on the bottom with 3 or 4 to go. He scraped the wall right at the flagstand and lost his momentum. Started to mount another charge with 2 to go but pinched it too tight in 4 and Robert pulled away. Damn entertaining race! Pretty sure DD was 3rd and Weir might have been 4th but to be honest I was watching the action up front.

Re: Kokomo Darland Memorial
Windom I believe was 5th with Cottle 6th. After that, it's anyone's guess. Another solid night of racing at Kokomo. Sorry to see Sunday nights come to an end again.
