A lot of racing options on Saturday

Im sure I probably missed one but on Saturday, I see:

Silver Crown at Lucas Oil
Midgets at Macon
Midgets at Montpilier
Sprints at Lawrenceburg
Sprints at Eldora
Sprints at Waynesfield
Sprints at Lincoln Park
Sprints at Paragon

A lot of cars/drivers being pulled in different directions.

I'm glad there are plenty of options in case I need to revert to a plan B,C,or D.

Plan A this weekend for Saturday is Macon for a double dip of POWRi midgets.

I will be at Montpelier if they race..but we have gotten an awful lot of rain up here since sunday..not much sun and not a lot of warmth either..I will be optimistic though lol..Everyone enjoy your Saturday wherever you go.

I will be at Lawrenceburg if they don't call the race again, they've changed the weather forecast for Saturday now, showing a 4 p m shower/ no rain predicted for the e at this time/ now the rains not called for till 8 pm

That was my plan, but USAC has been called out on this board the last week and they will not release an entry list for this week? They were sure proud to let everyone know they had a full field of 22ish for THAT....so me thinks the count for ORP could be short? So quals at Indy, All-star race on free T.V., Sunday Quals at Indy!

Re: A lot of racing options on Saturday

If you are up North:

SOD Sprints at Plymouth (Earl Gaerte Classic)
Open Sprints at Butler

As I sit here hitting the keyboard and looking at the rain falling with 46 degrees and the weatherman calling for possible "cold weather funnels"; I beg to ask the question. Is this really May?????????????????????

My only hope is that at least one of these options remain a possiblility for tomorrow. With each falling raindrop I have to wonder if the rain doesn't cancel them, will the temps do them in

Ah the life of the promoter. Nothing to do but sit back and collect all that money. What a life.

Just saw where waynesfield canceled due to wet grounds..

RichH 5/17/14 10:10 AM

Waynesfield cancellation should help 'Burg car count!

KISS @ The Burg looks like the best option for me, today.

Well If LPS races, I don't think Dirtfan24 or 42 or whatever his handle is, has to worry about amount of water.

Hope everyone gets to race and gets to see a good race this weekend. I'll be at THE BURG. Had a couple light sprinkles overnight but mostly bright sunshine now.

It may help Eldora a little more but I would expect a nice car count at the 'burg.
