It will be greatly appreciated if someone is able to do updates. Even if the USAC website comes back up, the information posted here is current and lets the ones of us who can't be there know what is happening while the cars are on the track!!

Up until a few minutes ago they were still wheel packing. The first group of hot lappers just rolled out onto the track a minute ago. Somewhere around 55 cars

Couple of notes. BC is in the Levi-Clauson number 2. Track is very heavy.

Thanks everybody for the updates!!!!:respect::kookoo We were wondering how the track would be. We have been monitering the weather channel and seeing that Kokomo has had some rains in the past couple of days. Glad to see that today was Sunny!!!!

Anyone know why Indiana has its own time zone (GMT + 5hrs) and why it isnt central time ? I appreciate the answer could be because you deserve it or you have the best non wing sprint car racing.

lots of problems in the second qualifier. Riggs biked and flipped lining up for one of the several restarts. he's ok

I think it is second heat, outside front row. They have it listed at 9B but there is no 9B so I think this is 98 which is Chad.

Chad was 26th fastest qualifier (according to mylaps.com), but Jerry doesn't show him in any of the 4 heats. :confused:

yeah he is my cousin so hopefully he can make the main tonght he has had problems with setup with the track setups
