Wanted Driver for USAC Races
If you cant or haven't won don't even apply please. We are not in the teaching or learning business we are looking for only very experience drivers. If you cannot at least top 5 even with a 360 against 410's you don't need to apply. We have our eye on a driver but no commitments in place. We have run our 360 against 410's and won with a wing. Now its time to take our 360 Kertcher Ford ASCS or Open and our Jon Godfrey Spike Dirt car and run our 4th 2013 turnkey operation as I got two cars setting there and 2 engines. Please send a photo, driver resume, website, USAC wins as our focus is wingless only. Thanks Suellen Wilshe

Darron Clayton is a good shoe, he can get it done :6:

I can drive a motor home to the races. Can I drive your car? You must be a winning team looking for good drivers. Since you are so professional I figured I would apply.

Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
The driver I'm referring to was their dirt driver. He ran the car with SOD and was not mentioned in the below posting...

Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
A team that started off the season competing in B-Mains with Must See Racing shouldn't entertain the idea of being able to win USAC races with 360 motors. :42::

Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
dont for get you have to be able to haul the car to the races also;)
|
How about Kyle Cummins. He has many wins with mscs and local races around indiana. He doesn't run a lot of USAC due to his finances. But is always a contender ask anyone. He can drive. Now days mscs races are sacked just like a USAC race. He also has three mscs championships and I think a local one somewhere.

Little Update.
I was waiting for the call from Spike to see if the winged dirt car would work and they said it would not unwinged. Bummer on that deal. If we cant cut the car in half and make it work we are gonna have to scratch that car. Next I am waiting for feedback from Spike on a suggestion i got and that was to cut the double reverse off the front and that might work. Now I need to hear if the JEI dirt car will work. I saw some pretty good drivers mentioned that came and went for various reason. When you are trying to get lot of cars racing you might go through some drivers for lots of reasons as we have supported racers for 5 years now. We have also never taken a dime of purse money from any drivers, and paid most of the expenses so we aren't all the bad a team to race for! Hey guys we weren't expecting to win the races just have some fun and let some idle drivers get some laps. Racing a 360 Open or the ASCS is a challenge alot of drivers would except! The drivers you mentioned were: Billy Wease Bobby Santos Tanner Swanson Kody Swanson Jason Blonde - 4 years Lets add the drivers that also drove for me that never got a mention in addition to: Greg Leonard Johnny Bridges Donny Adams Tim Cox Geoff Kaiser Ryan Litt Dave Baumgartner Brett Mann Jaret Horstmann - JV Jimmy McCune - Whoops he still drives for me! Kyle Edwards - Super Modified Brian Gingras Dave Steele - JV Dude Teate AJ Russell Nathan Bevard Jarett Andretti I bet I forgot at least 5 more I don't think i can mention the 6 drivers that I helped sponsor so they could race. Just wait I be adding and deleting some more! 4 of the ten drivers listed in 2013 USAC Sprint series have called so we will see! Suellen Wilshe |
You pay your drivers 100%? Heck sign me up.. Ill run your spike, JEI, maxim, gambler, whatever..

And it seems there way in the track. Maybe even gas to get them there shu. I vote you guys hire shu.

Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
100% plus pit passes, food at the track, food before the races, etc.. Isnt that the standard deal.
Oh yes gas money, tires, etc.. Membership in the series. Doenst everyone do that. As I see it the drivers are risking their lives, working 30 hours on the car and they more than deserve it all. i thought that was standard deal been doing it for 5 years Whoops Maybe Sue |
Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
Casey, the way this guy likes to blow his own horn......I figure him for owning a brass band not a race team....hahahahaha.....what a blowhard. I got this, I'm gettin' that, I gotta consult here, I gotta, gotta, gotta....sounds like this guy is the center of his own universe.

Add my name to the list then

Blowhard perhaps. Hard on drivers: I have no clue? But another car owner on the Indiana dirt scene, I'm pretty sure we could use that.
These guys have put a lot of $$ into pavement racing. Perhaps they are testing the waters with dirt racing? Don't laugh too loud, because if these guys decide to take this seriously, you'll see them in victory lane. |
Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
I don't know why people have to bash others on here for making an honest effort. Maybe a little unconventional, but honest. Bashing them for the money they have, when we all wish we had more to spend on racing. Let them do their thing!
|
I agree with you fish.
Posted via Mobile Device |
Who cares what other people think I don't know who this team is but wish them luck and hope they do well for the sport that has the best racing anywhere of any kind. Most the bashers are probably from the stands and just jealous anyway. Who ever said it was bad to set high goals may need to set there's a little higher. Good luck on your team.

Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
How does the old saying go. No good deed goes unpunished and trying to help drivers race in
Indiana opens one up to ridicule and harassment. I was just trying to spend my money and help Indiana Wingless racers and that didnt go very well. I better stick to asphalt But there were several drivers, sponsors and owners that did appreciate our effort to help others. Last year our cars overall averaged 2nd at must see racing. www.mustseeracing.com We were able to get get 4 wins,6 2nds and I think a 6th and a 4th. Biobased Racing as we race mostly on Asphalt and help Jaret Horstmann with the Ford engine racing in the NW Winged 360 crowd. We arent part of this crowd as it seems to be about 90% wingless dirt and that fine. We race locally in Indiana at Winchester, Salem, Anderson and Lucas Raceway Park Suellen www.biobased-racing.com
http://www.biobased.us/jimmymccune88.jpg
http://www.biobased.us/jimmymccune8.jpg
http://www.biobased.us/Jimmymccune88sm.jpg
http://www.biobased.us/Kyleedwards11.jpg
http://www.biobased.us/17-Jaret-Horstmann.jpg This is the Jaret and Joe Horstman Winged Sprint Car we supply the K-Ford (Ketcher Engines) ASCS Ford 360 |
Re: Wanted Driver for USAC Races
Don't let the naysayers get you down. Thanks for posting the pictures. My favorite form of racing is traditonal sprintcars on dirt but, in my opinion, the absolute coolest looking racecars in the world are asphalt supermodifieds.
