on hwy 45 30 miles south of Effingham...really neat little track

11 sprints...Babb Shu Madox Gross Babcock Gentry Wissmiller Humphrey....track is great
1st heat was Babb over Shu by 6 inches....2nd heat Gross over Madox side by side at finish
wissmillers engine quit on him i think
24 modifieds...great heat races sorry dont know any of them

very good racing, close and side by side, can't wait to get the count back up to 20+ each week, but told its coming.........

Could be an excellent place for sprint cars. I am wondering where all of the extra cars will come from to get 20+.

I think like last year, car count somewhat low early then climbs. Few regulars did not make it Saturday, and as always have newbies stopping by each week. Nice to see Casey Shuman make a stop by here Saturday, just nosing out 3 others right on his tail...........

Then u take the UMP modifieds, 24 of them and all taking the green flag and 19 of them taking the checkered flag, shows there are some very good heads up racers out there.

17B, appreciate your attempt to bring non wing sprint cars to the area. Very good race for the amount of cars. Hope to make it there a few more times this season. Good luck.

Thanks, just would like to have 18-21 weekly no more and no less would make me very happy, that way all run heat and features and no stress over any B-mains! JMO
