It's 55° and sunny at my mansion. The say it will be pushing 70° before the afternoon is over.

Wish Mr. Boesphlug would head Southeast but I'm sure he will have a good time where he is at just as we will where we are at.

Heading that way as soon as I get out of this steel mill!
