So the Hoosier Fall Classic was run first at Avilla and moved to LBurg for the remainder of its life. Many other races have moved including the Hut Hundred.

Least we won't be seeing cars flip out of the park, Hopefully anyways.

No its not the track that Hockett last won NW but no reason it can't be the NWO

That sucks take it from a speed factory to a snails track, wow never thought I wouldn't be looking forward to the No Way Out 40

Could it be any worse than the last 2 at NV? This years was a little better, but in 2011 that race was terrible. At the very least it should be safer at Brownstown.

Granted, All i seen were the last two ISW races that brownstown had, It was dusty but the racing was awesome. A early spring date and Im hoping the dust even isn't a issue.

Just watch out for the water truck that may enter the track at any moment.............

sounds like a good race, please keep the water truck off the track while the cars are racing under green though!

they usually have their indiana ice breaker around that time (10k lucas oil lm). just don't see them having two big races around the same time. stranger things have happened over there with tim keithly at the helm.

i thought NV had a new promoter. It would've been a great way to kick thins off.I pray it rains all week before that race at Btown. I also hope it's 2 nights, like NV has been in the past.

Back to back weeks. The Icebreaker is March 23 and the No Way Out 40 March 30th. Announced last night at Fun Fest.

I figure the Fleetwoods own the race and probably don't want to give to the place that just removed them.

Yes, PLEASE keep the water truck off a dry slick dusty late model track, that would be great

I made the water truck comment because that was a bonehead move to put it on the track under green and risk hurting a driver during the usac show a year ago.

Chuckles did you see that first hand; I did. I think Brady wanted some Butt over that one LOL. Wow it was nuts top of cage first in slow motion. Seemed like to me, I'm sure Brady didn't feel that way. Can't really blame Stone Works for moving it. I watched a guy step on a bad bleacher board and almost bit the big one. Wow!

We won't see anyone flip out of the place, but maybe we can see someone hit a grader, ask Chad Boat.

Yeah i was there both nights at the NWO and I was at the Sprintweek race that the water truck jumped on the track just after they took the green.

treecitytornado 10/14/12 1:32 PM

I look forward to hopefully running the 2013 edition of the No Way Out 40. I believe the early Spring event should lead to more moisture in the track and a little bit of a cushion around the very top. Friday night was the best I have ever seen Brownstown in my life! It had moisture through all the heats and there were, a ton of cars! It did start to go a little slick in the B-Mains and definitely in the features, but was excellent for the number of cars.
I think the No Way Out can have moisture all night if they work it good again!

Re: No Way Out 40 at Brownstown

they will have to work the track all week with the lucas series running the week before. you know the track will be black from that...been there done that!!!

treecitytornado 10/14/12 3:26 PM

Yes, they need to definitely till it up after that and water the crap out of it all week or maybe mother nature will help some too.
Wonder if this will be a Friday/Saturday show or just the No Way Out on Sat.?
Get Pete Abel to work the track! He will show them how to get it done!

You can believe that the track will be worked on all week after the Icebreaker. They are there most of the week working on it to begin with.
