Oswego Accident

2 Attachment(s)
The safety truck dumped about half of the Budweiser that was to be displayed with each of the 34 cars on the starting grid.

It was my first time attending, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves seeing great open wheel action.

Paging Bob Clauson, Tim Watson and anyone else who can outrun those two.

I seriously question whether those were REAL safety crew members...have seen lots of safety crew do lots of things...have NEVER seen that kind of neglect with containers of golden beverages...if real safety crew members, remedial training is REQUIRED.

He's probably having an Animal House Blutarski moment (when then movers dropped the beer at the Delta house)

Actually they are Real safety crew members, Oswego has one of the best safety crews in the country, most all of them are Oswego City Fireman or EMT's. Somehow they forgot how to handle the Budweiser from last year to this year. As long as that is all they forget how to handle I had a good laugh over those pictures.

All kidding aside Budweiser has been the long time sponsor of the International Classic and it is tradition to place a case of beer at each starting postion.

Back to kidding, maybe the beer needs to be chilled next time before it is placed on the track. I hate warm beer!!!!
