I just got back from Bloomington and I played the "run up the hill" game to put out my chairs. There wasnt quite the crowd as last year but still all the spaces to put out a lawn chair below the concession stand were taken. The reserved seating is in the 2 new bleachers sections in turn 4 the rest are not reserved and there were plenty of spots in the unreserved sections when I left. I kinda think there be a small car count as for what I see online there are alot of guys heading to Iowa. This is a terrible time of year for this race at Bloomington... IMO.

What are there, about 10 or 11 guys that run full time with the WOO?

That sounds about right. I think there is 11 "True Outlaws". I would say there will be atleast 20 cars there. It would be so much better with guys like Bacon, Shane Stewart, Larson, etc.

Just a heads up for anyone going over to purchase a ticket tonight. They are having problems with there computer and can not print tickets. Not even a general admission can be purchased. On a good note you can still save your seat.

It's a shame that nothing can be done without computers anymore. What in the hell did they do years ago.

Isn't one of the WOO drivers from that neck of the woods? That ought to draw some folks.

Yes the King and his son are from Bloomington! I think they will have around 30 cars.

YES And that is Bullsh-t Some people have to work. So if you get there one hour before gates open you still have to set on bottom row just like sprint week. That's why I will stay home!!! When Gates open at 4:00 then that's when seating should start. NOT A DAY BEFORE THE RACE .

I understand where ur coming from, I had to work yesterday but i stopped by the track anyhow and put some chairs out. the funny thing is I put the chairs on the front row anyhow just so my nephew could see without one of us having to hold him up. The kids should get to enjoy it too. But, too each their own though

Re: SavingSeats for WOO races

I'm not attending tonight, but during ISW I arrived shortly before ticket sales began and I found an excellent place for my lawn chair at my usual preferred location near turn one. The main problem I have seen with saving seats is that many people save more than they need or use. Hope everyone finds a good seat and sees a good race. I'll be enjoying a good dinner at Haub Steak House tonight, but will return to Bloomington next Friday.
