How about a sprint car calender from the cat (cmakin) that has been providing us with daily racing photos?
They are on heavy paper that will easily withstand a season of riding around in an enclosed trailer.
We already know the great quality of his photos.

Gift certificate to speed shop or local parts store
Get wife's car detailed or tow truck (Lord knows ours could use this)
Gift for a massage
Gas card
Some safety equipment
GPS system for tow truck (Our driver usually screws this up)
Have the kids home for Christmas, this is my favorite
