Track is very wet. Giving everyone two hot lap sessions. Started out in the 12 second range now running low 10's.

Is he running a modified tonight or something?

Re: Bloomington Updates

Miranda Throckmorton outqualified Kraig Kinser. She was 14th quick, so she missed starting on the pole of her heat by 2 spots. Ty Deckard 9th quick.

Chris Nunn 8/5/11 10:12 PM

Three of the late model heat winners came from row four

However the dash was pretty good. Sides and schatz side by side for the last four laps. Schatz wins

Re: Bloomington Updates

Heats...very very boring

Feature, was a pretty good race. Schatz led until the hit lapped traffic, then Sides and Wolfe caught him. Wolfe made a hell of a move going into turn three and damn near cleared both Sides and Schatz to take the lead. Sides regained his composure and took second back from Wolfe then took the lead from Schatz on lap 11. The caution flew on lap 13, and then Schatz nabbed the lead back from Sides. Sides pulled off late with troubles, If Wolfe would have hit the topside a bit sooner, he would have got past Schatz and won the thing I believe. But all in all, the feature sorta made up for the lackluster heats.

Believe he was in Shane Wade's #66. Can't remember where he finished. Jimmy Stinson was there with an open trailer - pretty cool.
