Re: Bloomington
Looked to me like Hunter got Short at the line for 2nd. Nice win by Jordan.
That mod feature was painful!!:15: |
Re: Bloomington
On that last restart, everybody in the whole place just knew that Jordan Kinser was a sitting duck. Except Jordan Kinser, that is. Apparently he didn't get the memo.
When Babcock spun and DD was collected, there was Brady Short, the resident track powerhouse, inheriting 2nd, after being pretty much stuck back in 4th or 5th the whole race. All he had to do was pass the less experienced Kinser and cruise home for the win. But, when the green was displayed, it was obvious the underdog wasn't going to accept what seemed inevitable. He then took off and sprinted home to the victory. In the last couple of laps, Short had to be more concerned about the surging Hunter Schuerenberg, who made a last second dive to almost take second. That one was so close that I left thinking Short had finished third. The night started off a bit slow, but by feature time the track was at it's best and these guys treated the packed house to a really good race. I bet there were more than just a few that showed up just for the fireworks and will end up coming back, due to the fireworks that happened, after the fireworks. Jerry |
Re: Bloomington
DD looked really racy last night. Too bad he was taken out in the accident. I think he was on his way to his second Bloomington victory of the season.
|
Re: Bloomington
Jordan had reeled Babcock back in before they got to the lappers and was really looking strong and was driving determined. If Brady couldn't take him down, with the chance he got, I don't know that anybody would have. It may have just been his night.

When Babcock took the lead from Kinser after the yellow he drove away and was in cruise control, after two weeks ago he was looking to avoid lapped traffic. And was trying to keep from getting caught up on what happened last night. Darland had no place to go and it's too bad lapped traffic cost Chris his first win and DD a good finish

Re: Bloomington
Well Dave D was victorious at Putnamville tonight!! Woohooo!!!:8::8:
|
Ok, why do you have to put that info about LPS A main win on a Bloomington and Paragon thread??

Re: Bloomington
Because for some reason I don't have the capacity to begin threads and I just thought some people would want to know the good news! Sorry if I offended you! gee!:(:11:
And Dave was a topic of the conversation on this thread |
Not offended, everyone complains about threads being hijacked...I would try to get things fixed so I could initiate a thread, and they did talk about DD on this thread, but only about being caught up in wreck. There was already a LPS thread for tonight, too. Thanks

Re: Bloomington
Like I said, please excuse me. Just thought some people would like to hear the good news.

Re: Bloomington
Fer christ's sake SPD, lighten up. She's just happy cause she's his biggest fan. Had a bad luck night, then a good one. No harm, no foul. Congrats Dave!.....:2:

Re: Bloomington
Who cares what thread she puts it on? Especially if it's good news! I'm glad to hear that, so thanks racegal. And you said "a Bloomington and Paragon thread".... Hell let's make it a LPS, Bloomington, and Paragon thread! :6:
