Re: Iowa Speedway

Earlier in the week USAC sent out an E-mail saying that there would be some manditory caution laps in each segment. Competition Yellows for lack of a better term. Not sure why, but it may have to do with tire wear... I'm sure they did not plan on that many...Yellows

Maybe someone knows for sure..

From the posts it looks like Kuhn went from 12th to 2nd in 8 green flag laps. That must have been fun to watch!

The race was on Verus Channel. BC was going for 2nd place late in the race & the moron that he was trying to pass gave him a big chop job. BC was diplomatic about it in the interview after the race, but I bet he'd would have rather punched that guy. I know I would have.

Those Indy Lights cars are like winged sprints. They go like hell, but they need to be un-hooked some so they can race side by side more. It was really just a flat foot parade. :7:

Re: Iowa Speedway

the guy that finished second about wiped himself and another guy out early in the race and was blocking all over the track all race long, even the guys in the booth were talking about it, hard to believe he wan't black flagged for blocking. The one move on BC was a chop AND brake test all in one. BC is getting a good rep tho and now has finished 5th,4th and 3rd, improving each race!

Plus there were only 12 of them with only 9 finishing.

more than 13 cars would be nice as well,Great job Brian, show those boys how real racers do it!

Bryan showed a lot of class both on the track and during his interview. After listening to the second place idiot give his interview its no wonder he drives the way he does, no class at all. :11;

Had that goof been running a sprint car and did that same blocking crap someone would have ball parked him !!!!

Great Job BC, you made us all proud !! :8:
