KISS/MSCS at Haubstadt (TSS) Sunday

Anyone have an idea of who we can expect to see at Tri-State Speedway this Sunday? I know this race usually brings down some northern cars who are running for KISS points. Maybe a few Paragon cars will tag on because of the MSCS race there on Saturday? + the USAC guys should be back from Milwaukee. If anyone has info on who might make it please feel free to fill us in.

Here are the points as of now.
Kiss:
1. Jon Stanbrough 395
2. Brady Short 370
3. Dave Darland 358
4. Chris Windom 349
5. Damion Gardner 345

MSCS:
1 36 Brady Short 198
2 3m Mark Perry III 161
3 5 Chase Briscoe 136 Tie
3 37 Casey Riggs 136 Tied
5 98 Chad Boespflug 128
6 7 Critter Malone 127
7 3c Kyle Cummins 125
8 3 Braylon Fitzpatrick 124
9 11 Kevin Thomas Jr. 123
10 32 Chase Stockon 117

Hopefully they can draw a little better car count Sunday than they had last weekend, but if we can focus on the drivers that were there instead of those who weren't in attendence, I thought the 17 cars put on a pretty darn good feature. I also hope they can pick up a few more mods, as they were kind of sparse in number last week as well.

well considering the last sunday show they had earlier in the year they had 40 mods im sure the number will be up

I expect the sprint count to be just fine...either way it will be a good show. As far as mods, Sunday nights are usually high car counts as a lot of guys are looking for a place to race and pick up UMP national points and there aren't a whole lot of places that race on Sundays. I predict 31 sprints and 38 mods...haha go ahead and judge.

why do some people have to make comments about a race that they weren't even at!!!:32::32:

And your point? Kokomo is over 200 miles away from TSS. I'm sure TSS will do just fine with what drivers are in southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois.

Re: KISS/MSCS at Haubstadt (TSS) Sunday

Even with Kokomo running...there are still MORE THAN ENOUGH mods to go around, as we all know! My point was that on saturday nights there are an abundance of places to run...in some cases 7 or 8...and on sundays there are only 2 or 3 tops in the area. No matter where you go to see a race, or how many cars are there, just be thankful we can enjoy the sport we love! WOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!

I guess some people can are will only go to one track they want to get their little gig in at other tracks even though there is a lot of miles between them if they even go at all !:7:

Re: KISS/MSCS at Haubstadt (TSS) Sunday

btw, this is the last sprint car race at Haubstadt until sprint week. There is a Late model race between the two but it is the last sprint car show until then. So maybe a good week for some guys to work on their setup.

I don't believe this race date was the KISS series last year but I know Damion Gardner showed up most likely to work on his setup for sprint week.

Well damn, I was just making a statement. Didn't know I was gonna get attacked for saying so..

Looking forward to this weekends race. No rain in the forecast. Should be a good turnout.

Unfortunately, there is rain in the forecast, at least of as 10pm Thursday night. Hot, humid and 55% chance of precip. In other words, the usual.

The local channels in the Evansville area are usually wrong unless its about an 80% chance of rain
