Danny Williams Sr.
 

Hi all,

I'm sending out a prayer request for my Dad, Danny Williams Sr.

He suffered some sort of heart attack while at Holiday World campground late last night and is in the Jasper hospital awaiting tests to find the problem.

I talked to Derrek and blood levels show not a heart attack but something is wrong and he will have a catheter done in the morning to find if and where blockage and if he needs splint or.....?

Just spoke to my dad. He is doing good, said him and mom finally got a few hours sleep this afternoon. Just waiting to see the doc in the morning.

Dad had two arteries blocked, one 90% and the other 95%. They were able to put stints in and everything went well. Should be able to go home tomorrow.

I had a similar deal in 2007 with two stents...a little rest and Danny will be as good as new. Time to start watching what he eats and exercise. Happy to hear everything went well.

Just spoke to Dad and he is in pretty good spirits. Will be going home tomorrow and looking forward togetting back on his feet. When I told him of all the well wishes and prayers from the racing fraternity he said "tell them I feel humbled and greatly appreciate everyone of them".
