Indy 500 Trivia

The first two 500 mile races at Indianapolis were won by American drivers and cars - Ray Harroun in a Marmon Wasp in 1911 and Joe Dawson in a National in 1912. Who was the next American born driver to win the 500? And when was the next win in an American built car?

Impress him with the fact that a Ford or a Dodge have never won the 500. A Chevrolet has.

I know you're kidding. The class is ongoing - two weeks down and two to go.
