with all the sprint car teams in town who can we see come down and race at the burg sat night. thinking of going to eldora but would love to stay home and see the greatest thing on dirt non wingers.:32:

Good question. With putnamville canceled and all the cars that were at Bloomington last night I hope they have a good car count tonight at the Burg

This morning it is partly cloudy. Weather.com shows the heavy stuff staying in Kentucky. Hopefully any rain in Indiana will pass through here quickly. I think we will get this one in and I know a lot. I've talked to Duke Cook.

Paragon isn't running either. I don't know about WRP but I don't see a ton going there due to payout.
Lots of peeps with a itch to race. Wouldn't surprise me if its a stellar field. Line of Showers coming across indiana but clear ahead and behind. Looks to hit LBurg about 1-2pm but heaviest stuff going south. Just a couple light showers going on about Terre Haute at 1030am Im going! :) Hoping to see the usual suspects like Marv, Zman, Greg, Fishinman ect. And the Unusual ones like the Shortbus :) |

Nothing but Clayton confirmed but Id bet. Burdette, sudrette, Westerfeld, Ballou, Moffatt, Short, Fischesser (SP?) Boespflug. Possibly Iceman, Stanbrough Windom, East, Again, what Im seeing on radar is probably no more water than they'd put on the track in the afternoon than they normally would. Probably less . I'll be leaving in about noon for bench racing :)

Went down earlier to walk the dog and talk to Mowerman, Rudy, Hoosierfan and long time fan Ed Cook. The only rain I encountered in that time was a few drops on the windshield that I never bothered to turn on the wipers. Looks like we'll get this one in. I'll be there in about 20 minutes. |

27 cars in the pits. Strong field- Stanbrough, Clayton, Ballou, Gardner, Clauson etc. Looks like the rain is finished, hot laps underway.

Early on there Shu, I thought you'd found that missing link. Always enjoy watching you run.
IDK, Clayton looked good at times and over his head at times. Almost totally spinning but managing to hang on and save his possiton 2nd in heat. Ran good first half of feature then was getting way out of shape. Hunter plain outclassed the field. BC was on him early but never really had anything for him after lap ten. JS lost a couple possitons but got them back on restarts, Give him a slickining track and a chance to adjust. Man hes always tough. Groomer won the mod feature and the street stock feature was stellar with slide jobs, clean racing and a blanket at times over the top six. Leaving the track ten minutes after feature. I ran through 45 miles of the hardest rain I've seen. Jackies prayer and the good Lord came through tonight. Bozo too! :) :8: |

that was the strongest field of cars i'd seen for $1500. you could say a usac show broke out.

Is that driver ok who flipped in the consi? Can't remember the name. Not Spillie but the other one. I seen Spillie later thats why Im asking. I noticed one of the ambulances left the track at one point.
