Twin Cities Sprints This Weekend!! Who's Coming?

I have confirmed that Brett Burdette, Larry Beck, and the 2007 Lawrenceburg Speedway Champion Joss Moffatt will be there. I am thinking there will be over 30 cars entered in the Sprints. It will be nice for me to just hang out and talk to all of you for once.
Take care, Dave

Can't wait, first race of the year and at one of my favorite tracks to watch sprints on. If not for this it was going to be the Late Models at Florence. I like this much better. :applaud:

Can someone give directions for a truck and trailer, it's been a few years since I've been there, and have never been pulling a trailer, if I remember there's a different way for trailers to get in...Thanks

I recently began part time work as a Grounds Tour guide at IMS. I was informed yesterday that I might have to work this Saturday & Sunday. If so then Eldora might be out of the question and I would go to Twin Cities instead. Either way weather permitting I will get my methanol fix.:applaud:

Naaah.. It doesn't do any good to tell him anything. He is so thickheaded he doesn't retain anything I tell him plus it's usually replaced by someone else telling him how to drive! :rolling

He knows the basics of driving but now it's just a matter of getting seat time and not pushing things to far to fast.

I can do all I can to make the car go around the track but once he puts the helmet on it's all him.

The first time somebody dumps him though it could get ugly! :icon_smile_blackeye

Thought Kyle Robbins was running the USAC series this year so wouldn't that put him at Eldora???

FishBurger 4/3/08 5:33 PM

Re: Twin Cities Sprints This Weekend!! Who's Coming?

Kyle hasn't run the Big E previously. So they thought it would be wiser to get the new JEI chassis sorted out on tracks where he has competed before. Plans are to run Twin Cities after his buddy Tyler shakes down the FF Midget at Anderson earlier Sat..

Well I hope Twin Cities, Dave or the Fleetwoods let us know as soon as possible. Weather is supposed to be nice late friday-sat. Eldora cancelled.

Don't know what its gonna do for car count but they just gained a few fans possibly a couple thou.

Chuck, who took off to see USAC but now can make a track I haven't been too in two years.

There has always been a lot of sand in the track at Twin Cities. It always seems to dry out rather quickly.
