Last year we all voted for 2009 IOW awards, and since the 2010 racing season is coming to an end, is it time for the 2010 IOW Awards Voting?

driver of the year is easy..jon stanbrough
rookie of the year: justin grant, his first full year in a sprint car
track of the year would have to be kokomo
the best race of the year was probably the kokomo klash, sprints and midget portion was amazing..

Rookie of the Year: Mike Fischesser He was a little raw in the beginning of the year. By September he was pushing the leaders on occasion and was a good bet for a top five finish.

WOW, definitely seems like not the same interest as last year. I am not asking for your vote here... just a list of nominations. I need about three names for each category. Once I have that... I can get the nomination polls started.

I guess I made the mistake of mentioning voting, this close to the mid term ********.... it really is a shame how dirty elections have become, during the IOW awards ********.... I PROMISE TO SLING MUD! DO YOU?;)

Driver of the year I would say Jon Stanbrough
Promoter I would say Joe Spiker he has done so much in a short time for Putnamville.

I would also like to see an award for the track that has improved the most from last season. That would be Lincoln Park Speedway. If not then Lincoln Park should be considered for track of the year.

"Fish" was not a rookie this year, he ran all of last year, and was "Rookie of the Year" at Lincoln Park Speedway in 2009. You can only be a rookie once!

Right now the polls are open for nominations. The final voting on these awards will take place 1st week in December, which I believe is after the national USAC season has ended.
