Couldn't make it, had to work today. To many people eating cheese so i got to fill there needs. Enjoy the races and the Bud's. :32:

That number came from USAC on their Facebook and Twitter page. Hagen had FT, that's all they had.

Is there any reason to think there will be closer to a full field tomorrow night? We were going to leave first thing in the morning, but 270 miles as a long way to drive for a couple of midget heats and a feature.

After the great midget show at Granite we decided to keep in Bryan's World and go to Sun Prairie. Decided to stay in Springfield today and go up first thing in the morning. That is why the 16 midgets got my attention.

The feature looked good even with only 16 cars. Sounds like the Badger race at Beaver Dam was good also and i think they had 15 cars with Scott Hatton winning from dead last in his back up car. A few of the cars that ran at Beaver Dam should be at Angell Park so look for about 20 cars. It's sad, but it is what it is.

Boy was it nice to have two perfect nights of racing, weather, track prep and cars at Angell Park. Just like old times. Great racing, great to see so many Badger guys come in on Sunday night. Thanks to Chris Wilke and all the racers, teams and fans!
