The only racing division that NASCAR has is getting ready to fire off at Bristol. The NASCAR modifieds are gone rock in Thunder Valley.:6: Speed Channel at 6:00 PM EDT

Those are the only race car`s that nascar has.....

Really good race! I was at the Stafford and Thompson NWMT races last week and the week before. First pavement races in a decade. And I live in CT!

I think since Ted Christopher blew up in Bristol and was credited with a 26th finishing position, that puts Bobby Santos III back into the points lead for the Whelen North Modified series.

I hope he wins it and it propels him into bigger and better things. $$$

TC was credited with 18th place points. Bobby 3rd.

Caught a little bit of the race yesterday. I'm with you guys I'd much rather watch those cars at Bristol than the sleds. Not sure of their weight but the wide tires alone make a big difference.

2650lbs I believe. About 650hp 358 ci engines. Only crappy part is that NASCAR restricted them to 390cfm carbs. That and they run pavement ;-)
