:) I believe there is a $20 entry fee for all of the Monster races. Hope the weather cooperates this weekend.

There will be 4 classes but there's a 10;30 curfew so it wont be a all-nighter. This will be a race you won't want to miss.

Will these sprinters be of the 410 variety?

Will they qualify or will they draw for heat race starting positions?

Will the sprinters run their feature prior to the support classes?

Yes the sprinters will be 410 and some 360's. All classes will be using passing points. The MMSS will run either 1st or 2nd feature depending on B-mains.

I looks like they got the roof done over the grandstands it should make it a lot nicer for the fans.

Lincoln is not too far off the route from Burlington, back to Indiana. With a $3000 top prize, I don't see any reason at all that you shouldn't expect to see a few (or more) of those guys there.

I saw Lincoln enforce a time limit on a street stock feature earlier this year, cutting their main event to two laps. So, yeah, I don't think this will be a long night.

The radar looks clear right now (11:30 A.M.) but the forecast is for 60% chance of rain this afternoon. Hopefully they didn't call it too early.

I hate to see a race canceled. I do appreciate a promoter making the agonizing decision early so that teams do not make long hauls for nothing.

We were heading to Lincoln for Illinois Sprint week and made it as far as Litchfield when the event was canceled. The gully washer that quickly overtook us was quite spectacular.
