ten am, some good storms coming thru but clear west of I-65 only thing behind that is out in Kansas City and its going north.

I just went down Taylor Road about a mile from my house and went through about 3 inches of Taylor Creek all the way across the road. That hasn't happened in a good long time. As Sergeant Phil Esterhaus used to say on Hill Street Blues, "Hey! Hey! Hey! Let's be careful out there."

Just back (1:20 p.m.) from a 'Burg track inspection. All is lookin' good at this time.....track, pit area, stands, parking area.....everything is good to go. Back stretch party/hog roast/beer bash/whatever is still in full swing. I won't go into details as I don't wish to scare my buddy, Dyno Don, away. ;)

Had a parking lot staff meeting (for non-staff only) with mowerman (Bob), fishnman (Dave), and Brandy (my Boston Terrier) where we concluded :16 that you ladies planning to attend should probably dress as scantily as possible due to the sauna like conditions. Hey, we Section "A" regulars are just looking out for your comfort.

Sun is out here, weather Radar/Doppler/out my window all looking good at the present. Soooo, at the risk of offending my diminutive friend racefan20, I would urge you all to come on down. :3:

Was'nt to little Chris. probably 1/2 in. in about 10 min. Sun out now and hotter than blue blazes. Rees supposed to be here in about 10 min. Make sure that beer is good and cold :32:
