Suggestion Needed
 

I have a lot of old Open Wheel Magazines that I would like to sell. I'm looking for some suggestions on where to try to list them. I checked E-bay and there doesn't seem to be much interest there. If anyone has a suggestion I would like to know. Thanks

I probably have about all the open wheel magazines including the first one. Also have about all of the sprint car and midget magazines. What are they worth?

I don't have number one. The best thing is to donate to a cause! I donated a Valvoline Oil race banner, to Make a Wish, out west here. It came from Speedweek, that all the Outlaws signed! Brought in 100 Bucks!:checkered:

My dad sells back issues magazines open wheel, stock car racing, hot rod, and such. I will ask him what they are worth and get back with everybody Ok.

Let me know what is left. I have a friend that has been begging for my SC&M magazines so I know he would buy some of those old Open Wheel issues.

I have the very first ever STOCK CAR RACING magazine ; May , 1966 - Volume 1 - Number 1 .... :checkered:

Ned Jarrett & Curtis Turner are featured on the cover. I've got every issue thereafter thru to 1990 ( maybe a few in the later years only missing ).

All in news stand condition to this day. Any interest ...? Reply by e-mail first , please.

Well, since there are a few of you interested I'll just post a list. They are all in very good shape, just read once and put away. I really have no idea what they would be worth.
Open Wheel(72 issues)
Feb. 1992
1996 all but Feb.
1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 complete
Sprint Car and Midget(57issues)
Mar. 2002 to 2006 complete except June of '04

I also have the complete set of Open Wheel from day one including the charter issue if any one is interested. I drag them out once in a while and reread them but if someone is interested I would sell them. I advertised once and got some ridiculous offers so I just kept them. I don't expect a mother lode but I won't give them away unless it is for a VERY good cause. At my age, there isn't much sacred anymore. I have no kids interested in racing so they will end up in an estate auction or the dumpster! david_roxanna@att.net

If anybody else would like more magazines after talking to Greg i have every open wheel and all but one sprint car and midget. Starting to get overrun with all this stuff Cleaning out going to downsize so i would like to get them out of here.Will listen to all offers.Do not want to split them up.E-mail me at pearce26@insightbb.com

CRP26, It sounds like you and I have the same problem. Too much junk and too little space. I would just like for someone to enjoy them and not for them to end up in a landfill.
