Re: New Beast TQ Midget
Spike Chassis builds TQ's. They are running on the West Coast. Call West Evans, our dealer in California 805-304-3636 or Greg at Spike chassis. 317-852-7171

Re: New Beast TQ Midget
I'm pretty sure that you missed "April Fool's Day" by a few days. Maybe it's not a joke, but it's obvious that it's an altered image.
Back to the "Subject", I would really like to see what the new Beast TQ really looks like... |

Re: New Beast TQ Midget
That looks a lot like the new car Tim Lynch was driving Sat. at North Vernon.

Re: New Beast TQ Midget
The car Tim Lynch was driving at North Vernon is one he built himself he is calling them Precision Chassis... great looking cars.

Re: New Beast TQ Midget
Zeroracer, I built 9, from 96-02, as near as I can keep track, at least 7 are still active, I named mine "ARROW CHASSIS", I've got enough tube left for one more, but man, are they a pain to build, no room to work, I even built a rollover stand, to try and make the final welding easier, I think that's one reason hardly anyone wants to build them, if you could do 6 at a time, like Stapp did once, it might be a bit more fun, but to source parts for just one at a time, not a lot of fun. I still have my fixtures and bender, and my "instructions", but it'll be a while before I do another one. Bob

Re: New Beast TQ Midget
Beast is building a new TQ car. Should have the first one done pretty soon. If anybody is interested they should call Bob or Mike at Beast.

Re: New Beast TQ Midget
A representative of MTQRL went by East Enterprises to check out the new Beast TQ. It looks nothing like the picture above. Bob hopes to have the first model ready for display at our Test and Tune May 1st at Shelbyville.

www.umra.com the UMRA TQs always put on a good show at Mt. Lawn, they're the right size for the track. |
Re: New Beast TQ Midget
Ok, I let this boil enough.
Obviously this was a joke. HAHA. Beast is coming up with a new chassis. What I posted isn't it. Not much has been said about the new chassis, so I figured I would throw something out there to get the pot stirred up. What I got was a lot of... Thats not it! Looks like a Spike to me. No way thats a Beast. Not once did I see some sort of evidence going against what I posted. I had hoped for better from you guys. :15: |
Re: New Beast TQ Midget
Do you mean that CFR Enterprises posting a photo of the Spike wasn't enough evidence? It's the exact same photo, only with down tubes, which were taken out in your photo.
Could it be that you're like me and you're interested to see what the new Beast looks like? Maybe you were in hopes that someone would post a photo of it? In due time... |
Re: New Beast TQ Midget
