Spridge is doing updates on Twitter (spridge31). He reports 40 Sprint Cars, 30 Midgets and 20 Silver Crown Cars. Hope the weather stays away from there on Saturday. Rain closing in on the coast and should be here in the L.A. area by 7:00 PM tonight. Hopefully as it heads east it will stay north of Tuscon, but the forecast for Tucson on Saturday calls for rain.

Mills told me earlier no video just timing and scoring... Everyone seems to be too busy to text me back at the time but I'm pretty sure it'll be up once they start!

Go to www.usacracing.com/usac_live It gives a rundown of the running order on the track as well as lap times!

Once you get to that site if you click on any of the pictures of the 3 classes running tonight it will take you to the live timing.

live timing and scoring is better than nothing....but sure wish I could have the video and audio with it. Mr. Mills has told this reporter they are working very hard to make the video and audio work for tomorrow night...:8:

They are using a slightly different format for this race. For the sprints & midgets the fastest 6 qualifiers that transferred through the heats will run a dash (starting inverted). The finish of the dash will determine the first 6 starting positions in the feature. The silver crown will be the fastest 6 qualifiers (straight up).

Thank you STIDA! These dashes are strange! So they will start in the order they finish the dash? Such as Brad Sweet will be on the pole in the Sprint feature and so on?
