Mary Gamester R.I.P.
 

"Gandma" Mary Gamester passed away this evening. Our sincerest condolences to the entire family.


For those that have been around a while, you know what an amazing woman she was, and had been deeply involved in this sport for well over 35 years!! The amount of races she has attended over the years, first with her husband as a long time Midget owner, on through all of Russ's career, has got to be staggering! All the while being very supportive, and doing anything she could do to help the family operation. Tough, witty, and very sharp.. I have personally always admired her, and considered her my 3rd Grandmother! R.I.P.

I am so sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I am sure your hearts are breaking
with sorrow and that you see no end to the pain, but the Lord says in Psalm 29:11
that He will give strength to His people, the Lord will bless His people with peace.
As you learn to trust His peace a peace that surpasses all understanding, His
promised comfort will guide your days and let your heart rest at night.

We are so sorry to hear this. We spent lots of time with the Gamester family in the 80's and early 90's and we always enjoyed seeing her. She always made us feel like we were part of the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Gamester family. She will be greatly missed, but we will always be thankful to have known such a strong and great lady.
