Horrible race, he hit everything but the pace truck tonight. What he did to Sweet was really disturbing, never did he even think about the brakes. Sweet charged from the D and had a lock into the A until Leno pulled that stupid move.
His post race interview was a disgrace. His comment about he races people how they race him. So if someone is aggressive then in his mind does that mean he gets to crash them.
Any respect I had for Jay Leno is long gone. Loser......Just my .02

Levi stunk it up pretty good, and Kevin Swindell did a really good job....who would have ever thought that would be the case?

Levi made a comment after spinning Sweet and said "i race other guys how they race me"..... did something happen at the other end of the track or maybe earlier in the week????? Just Curious

Both Sweet and Jones where battling using the nerf bars. I thought it was pretty even, they both ran into each other at least once. I saw it as good hard chilli bowl racing, until he blatantly took Sweet out.

Stevie B wasn't to happy with Stratten!Thats the one thing I hate about the bowl is the beating and banging and blanant take outs.Then they say "o well it's the chilli bowl"

I thought that it looked like Levi took Sweet out but I wasn't there and did not see it in person. And, I have been one of those people in the past that has not been too favorable of Kevin but I agree that he did a good job at the Chili Bowl.

the lap before levi hit sweet ,sweet ran levi all the way to the fence and levi got lucky he didnt hit anything

indoor races are always going to be like that it's set up that you have to do what ever it takes to get in the show

I'm not sayin what he did was right or wrong. It is very close racing @ the bowl. We did walk down to Levi's pit after the whole deal because i knew there was gonna be some drama, when we got there sure enough there was a guy I think from Sweets pit trying to talk to Levi but they had a baracade set up and he could not get to talk to him. Next thing ya know there where a couple guys from Levi's crew over there trying to fight with them, (all of this while HBO was filming and also my 9 yr. old son was there). There was one of the guy from Levi's crew with a mustache cussin this guy out and tryin to fight but another guy was holdin him. They where kinda in the wrong from the replays so i think that they should have been humble and let them go without incident? I think that Tony Stewart Racing is a role model and a spokesman for the sport of midget racing, they did not do there job of that this weekend in that aspect. I am sorry my son had to witness that, I do not want him to think that is what racing is all about. Other than that we had a great time, first trip there and it won't be the Last.

LokalYokal, I know it was probably not the best judjement that I could have used, but i should have should re-worded what I said. We where very close to their pits at that time and just moved with the crowd to see what was goin on. I reall did not expect to see what I saw. Does this make me a bad parent, i think not:)

Are you saying Bacon's people came to levis pit? and this happened? Then its clearly Bacon's crew thats in the wrong, Same if Jones crew went to Bacons.

Im not for violence but stuff seems to work itself out without the fines, penalty boxes and suspensions, They are probably sharing a beer today.

thumbsup localyocal, sounds like logical thinking, i don't want my son to see that but i know there is drama in a pit crew, so lets run right on down there and see whats going on and then come back home and complain about it on a board................

well as long as i have been watching levi racing, i haven't seen him just start punting people for the fun of it, without him thinking there was a reason he should have. but it was some tight racing, looked like when sweets started getting sideways,levi is right on his tail he bumped him and sweets couldn't hold position and levi went around.

as for tempers flaring, well levi does run for tony stewart, we all know tony's temper.........i am sure he has rubbed off on some of them........

Umm was i the only one that seen Levi drive like this at the MSCS race at The Burg in Oct.... The last 2 times i have seen him he has hit more than he has passed.

Chuck, I'm confused was it Sweet's crew or Bacon's? What I saw on the tv was with Sweet. But I thought it might be like a hockey game with a lot of stuff going on off camera. I've seen Levi only a few times live and this seemed out of character from my past experience. Just asking!

You can hack in nascar because everyone knows they are not going to get a beating.... because kids are watching and someone will be fined. CRAP....

If your kid were to see them fight, why not enlighten him why they were fighting, versus sheltering him?

Its funny back in the day of open faced helmets people mouthed off on the track after an wreak alot less also.

Brads, I apologize and I really don't like to mention names here anyway. Unlesss they really wanna they or it gets passed on to them, They aren't here to back themselves up.

The general rule of thumb is. If you tresspass on someone elses pit and start trouble. YOUR IN THE WRONG, Doesn't mattter who's right. Just that (The crew who's pit it is, didn't go looking for trouble.
