Tony Jones!! Though a dark horse may be Matt Mitchell as he has been fast lately. Should be in the thick of the points race next year - he is talented and fast.

With the way Damion Gardner has ran the last part of this season, it seems he and the Pace team are really hitting on all cylinders, right now. Considering that and his history at PAS, I'd have to pick him as the early favorite.
